day one. me.

15 facts about me:

1. music is my passion.

2. i loveee sweats. madi converted me. :) as soon as i come home from school i put them on.

3. i have the best couch to watch movies on. it's soooo comfy! ask any of my friends.

4. i love finding new music that nobody knows about. songs with meaningful lyrics and sung by people that can actually sing.

5. seafoam green is my favorite color.

6. i've always wanted to learn to cook gourmet food.

7. i play the violin & piano. but i've always wanted to learn how to play the guitar and sing so i could write my own music.

8. i have 2 of the best friends and the best family in the world.

9. i love TOMS. they are the comfiest shoes i have.

10. my dream is to get proposed to while having a picnic in the middle of the night on the beach.

11. my dream job would be to play in the orchestras that do movie soundtracks. :)

12. summer is my favorite season....especially if i am anywhere near a beach!

13. i can't wait for the day that i can travel to europe, especially italy.

14. i love it when people play with my hair.

15. my favorite kind of weekend is one that includes: brownie fudge ice cream, movies, sweats, getting my back tickled & going on drives with my best friend. :)

finding strength.

lately my life has been crazy. wayyyy crazy.

ya know that feeling where you feel like you're just watching everything happen in front of you...but you have no feeling?

that's what has been going on with me.

and i just needed a new perspective.

"you never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have."

i just have to take advantage of life.

wake up and be happy that it's a new day.

my new seminary teacher gave us a challeng to pray and study our scriptures for 30 minutes ever day. and guess what? it works.

my testimony has grown soooo much over two days. TWO.

i know my heavenly father loves me and all of his children.

i know we can be forgiven of our sins through the atonement.

i have thee best family and friends in the world.

and i love the temple. so much.

i have a wonderful friend to thank for showing me the many blessings you can receive from the house of the Lord.

i'm going tomorrow. by myself...it'll be a first.

but i'm excited. :)
